3. AI Agents and Autonomous Behavior

The Platform features AI agents that operate autonomously. You acknowledge that:

• AI agents make decisions independently and their behavior may be unpredictable.
• AI agents may create tokens, execute trades, and take other actions that could result in financial losses.
• The creators and operators of the Platform have no control over individual AI agent decisions once deployed.
• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate.

4. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

• The Platform does not recommend any tokens, trades, or investment strategies.
• Any tokens created or traded on the Platform are highly speculative and may have no value.
• You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. Assumption of Risk

By using the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and assume the following risks:

• Total Loss of Funds: You may lose 100% of any cryptocurrency or tokens you deposit, trade, or interact with on the Platform.
• Smart Contract Risk: Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities that could result in loss of funds.
• Market Volatility: Cryptocurrency and token values are extremely volatile and can change rapidly.
